I thought I orderd a kebab obesely not a box off meat came instead with bread bit at the bottom missing

Not very good delivery as took 1 and a half hour after order for delivery also food received was not even hot!!!

The food was late and part of my order was missing, which I rang and complained about, it came an hour after the food.

Despite them calling me twice to check on the delivery address- the fact that they had substituted one dish for another on their menu and diet drinks for regular ones was not mentioned. Not good if you have specific dietary needs as in my case. The wrong food and wrong drinks were delivered quite quickly however.

I made the initial order at 5pm, knowing that they didn't open til 6 but prepared to wait til 7 to receive my food.
At 7:25 I called the restaurant to see where my food was, to be infromed that the driver had been to my house, knocked on my door and waited 15 mins for a reponse, I politely responded that I knew this was un-true as I have a dog who responds to people accidently stepping on my gravel drive and never ever has he not responded to a knock at the door.
I was then pased to the manager who requested my number and said he would call me back. I duly gave him the number and then he hung up. I waited patientlty for 10 mins not knowing what was going on with my order and then called him back as he hadnt returned my call. I got put through to him, and he said he would personally be delivering my food. I accepted this and waited.
Around 15 mins later I received a call on my phone from a driver (not the manager) saying he was just leaving with my dinner.
10 mins past (it was now gone 8pm) and there was a knock on my door, there stood a friendly delivery man, I asked him, 'are you the original driver from earlier?' he said yes, I said 'did you come to this house, ' he sad 'no I was given a different address', for his honesty I tipped him and received my meal.
I was deeply disappointed to open the bag to find the meal inside cold, clearly it was the original order from over an hour earlier, they hadn't bothered re-heating.
So after a very effort filled evening on my behalf I was rewarded with a cold un-apetising meal.
Not a happy bunny!

I was disappoint with my meal the drive take to long to get here, and the food was that good. I hope the can improve the food

keema paratha was not as expected as given in the description on the menu.
I requested for some mayonaise but was not given any.

Placed the order at 4pm to be the 1st delivery order was recieved by PFC at 6.05pm to be delived from 6.30-7.05pm called them at 7pm said they forgot about the order and would be with us at 8pm.Said forget about it wasnt waiting till 8pm to eat when placed earlier. wouldnt recommend unless u want to be let down.1st and last time we would use these

The food was excellent but the delivery took a long time. However, I don't particularly blame PFC because they said that they had the wrong mobile phone to contact. But overall, PFC was great. I used to walk all the way from Sherfield Hall to buy it but now, with this website, I get to have my favourite set meals without compromising my time to study and prepare for my assignments.

After making an order and it being accepted,we were waiting over an hour for food. We then rang takeaway direct to find out why the delay,the resturant manager said they had been out to deliver but had come back with the order as there was no answer to THE PHONE! They hadnt even knocked on the door!!! The A@#sh)/es! Went else where as i didnt even get an apology,and his mannar was sarcastic as he told me he wasn't comin out again as the delivery driver had gone home! And kept calling me "Sweetheart"!!!! As if!!!!!

chips were old and dry but the lamb vindaloo and naan breads were quite good.
