Excellent service this time, free drink and garlic bread inc. very good value for money and cheaper than most

Took order without mentioning that the items we ordered were not available, and turned up without our pizza offering the refund in cash

The delivery driver was pleasant and friendly. The food was a bit over cooked and burnt in places. I got Dr Pepper instead of Cherry Coke and a small lamb kebab instead of the large I ordered. The freebies offered where not given. I spent over £25 and didn't buy any "Set Meals" so according to the Picasso page on HungryHouse should have received the following "Free 14" Picasso special pizza, bottle of soft drink and fries on orders over £25" but instead got "Free 14" garlic bread with cheese, bottle of soft drink and tub of coleslaw on orders over £20" despite spending over £25. All in all not bad but a bit of a con when the freebies that are advertised and not given.

delivery took far to long
ordered on line for quickness but would have been quicker going to shop
delivered with free garlic bread which was just wasted as no one likes it
although usually nice to get a freebie garlic bread isnt the choice for everyone
such a waste of food
