Have ordered from Pizza Base many times and to be fair they are usually excellent. This time however the pizza was so undercooked the dough was basically raw, had stuck to the box and the whole thing went straight in the bin. Massive let down.

We have ordered from Pizza Base before and the food has been lovely, it has arrived on time. But this time the food took over 90 mins to arrive with no explanation and felt a little like it had been under a heat lamp for a while.

It won't stop us ordering again, it may have been a busy night - but it would have been nice to have an apology for being late.

The meal was late, about 10 minutes past the latest arrival time and when it did arrive it was cold, the garlic bread was rock solid and the calzone was soggy. Didnt enjoy it at all, very dissappointed. I have eaten from here previously and found it to be good but this time made me decide never to order from them again.

the food arrived 50mins late. despite being told twice it would be there in 5 mins.
however, when the food came it was lovely. the kebab meat had great taste, there were plenty of chips which were nice and crispy, the salad was fresh, also got a tub of garlic sauce which was very garlicy and gorgeous. :)
the chocolate fudge cake was to die for!!

very disappointed with last nights meal, in fairness it arrived very quickly but was for the most part freezing cold (as in out of the fridge). I rang pizza base who apologised and stated they would re-send the order, which they did. When it finally arrived it was for the most part hot but absolutely dripping in grease and ended up in the bin. I am sorry to say that I will not be ordering of them again, which is a real shame as i have used this establishment many times over the years, but i have now been completely put of.

No problem at all and quality in taste, service and value for money! Also very convenient after a hectic day to order and to let deliver for what it is needed. J:-)

Ordered Quattro Formaggi Pizza for a change and... I like it! :-9 Creamy, rich in flavour and piping hot as always. The delivery was in time and it was nothing to worry about, so for now I am just keeping it short and what can I say more? J:-)

Ordered Calzone Special for a change and as expected - they have outdone themselves again! :-9 However, there were 2 small glitches - 1) it took a bit longer to let them deliver, but apparently it was a busy night yesterday (Friday evening) and near closing time I was afraid that they had missed out the address again. I phoned them up 10 minutes before expiring the delivery-slot, but I was reassured that the next order would be dealt with (which was mine), so I waited a bit longer. After 10 minutes it arrived piping hot at the door! :-) 2) When eating this calzone, I had been thorougly enjoying this, but the liquid from the calzone went through the box while I was eating and this liquid ended up over my shirt and trousers. Afterwards seen I learned the lesson the hard way - better use a plate rather than the box itself or opt for Magic Combination Pizza (which I did before and which it was out of the world). Although the service should be marked excellent and in priniple it was not their fault at all, I should have known better not to rely on their sturdy boxes too much - so in fairness I marked 'Good'. Keep it up, Pizza Base! J;-)

Again my favourite take-away yesterday evening and they have (over)done it again! Despite of having forgotten a bottle of coke, it was not a problem that it could be added by phone, so that everything could be delivered accordingly. However, due to minor communication- breakdown the delivery was made nearly 2 hours later, which was disappointing, but in the meantime this has been addressed and I am sure that this is a one-off incident. :-/ At the end of the day, kebab on naan bread was still piping hot when I received the delivery, so that is all sorted for now! BTW, Pizza Base rocks !!! J:-)

The first time I ordered on-line, but before I went ahead with the order, I had read reviews and I am glad I did that. It is true, Pizza Base is EXCELLENT and I'd do this again in the near future! :-) I ordered 1 thin magic combination pizza and a bottle of coke - I thought that I had died and gone to Heaven, so rich the flavours and refreshing the drink, which made this the best meal I ever had! And on top of that - it was good hot when it had been delivered, so... definitely worth it and the money as well! J:-9

both pizzas and the garlic bread were lovely, not greasy or burned. :) a very nice meal. :)

I do not know about other food but they have a delicious pizza.
It was fresh and tasty. It arrived in 30min. I was very happy and i will order again in the future.
