I've never rated before ... I order from you all the time and it's usually great but I ordered a pizza Saturday night and both the pizza and the chips were really over cooked. Pizza was really brown and chips were very crunchy!

I was pleasantly surprised when our food arrived as predicted by Hungryhouse and the pizza was still steaming hot, in fact it was too hot to eat at first so we ate the free mixed salad which was crisp and tasty.
The pizza we had ordered was the extra large, thin crust, 'Bella Special' and it certainly it was lived up to all our expectations with a rich blend of flavours and was enough to feed two very hungry people. The Ben & Jerrys Chunky Monkey ice cream that we had ordered for dessert finished off the meal in style and we were both very impressed by the quality from Pizza Bella and the organisation by Hungryhouse. Ordered Delivery for 20:30 to 20:40 specifically, pizza turned up at 19:55 which i was not happy about, Order was wrong in several places, pizza was overcooked (burnt around the edge) and the chicken was the greasiest i have ever tried to eat, The garlic bread was soggy and not very nice at all.
I tried, but could find no aspect of this order i was happy with. A Very disappointing waste of money. Brian, TW11
