I'm fine with paying £11 for a pizza, but not one of this poor quality. Don't expect it to be anything special.

The pizza's are very good.Fast Delivery and Good food

Received half eaten food. Their large portion of shish kebab only has four small pieces of lamb. I wonder how the small size is. The chips dry and tasteless, salad nothing close to fresh. I feel like I threw my £20 pounds in the bin. Will never buy from them again, EVEN IF THEY ARE THE LAST SHOP ON EARTH.

was not the chicken kebab I expected, more like chicken tikka and a naan, no sauce and onion rings etc were cold. Delivery driver did not listen to instructions and had him on the phone for about ten minutes telling him where to go with him not listening

I have never come across such a rude establishment. I ordered the food at 7.20pm and it did not arrive until 9.20pm. The email I received said the food would be delivered between 7.35pm and 8.40pm, an hour an 20mins in my opinion is too long, given that most other places deliver within 45mins. I called the takeaway after 1 hour to make sure there was no mistake on the timing, they confirmed it was right and that it should be with me at 8.50pm. I asked why it was longer than the email stated and the answer I got was "we didn't even want your order as we are so busy" I left it at that and put the phone down. I then called back at 9pm to query where the food was, he told me that it should be with me any minute, again I left it there and waited patiently. 9.20pm I still didn't have the food, so I made 1 final call, I had now lost all patience and again asked why it was taking so long, the answer I got this time was "it's been raining and because the road is wet the driver has to drive very slowly" I suggested that after 2 hours of waiting I was perhaps due an apology to which they replied "maybe you should next time order directly through us" A couple of minutes after the call the food finally arrived, the food was warm and the quality was poor, we had ordered an extra large doner and a large chicken shish, the portion sizes were very very small given the price and the quality of the food was poor. Needless to say I will not be ordering from this place again.

Very weird chicken doner..never had anything like it, pretty awful. Pizza had no tomato base..below average and overpriced, my friend who has a big appetite did not finish it.

There are lot of better places around for your pizzas and kebabs!

Very yummy chicken kebab. Would have preferred salad in separate container as it gets soggy with the heat. But tasted good. Not traditional style kebab I.e Turkish but very tasty alternative!

My husband and myself order very regulary from Pizza City and have no issues with the quality of food, we didn't this time round either, all tasted very nice! However, we had a few issues with service this time round! We got a call half an hour later after the order had been accepted saying they were not doing any lamb and therefore we had to change our choices to chicken, which is fine and tasted good, we ordered Lamb & chicken mix biryani at £6.49 and we had to chnage that to chicken biryani at £5.49. The other thing was a small lamb shish at £4.15 but had to have chicken shish at £4.05! Obviously both items recieved is cheaper then what we paid for! They also forgot our portion of chicken wings. I am guessing they were very busy due to it being ramadan and coming up to opening of fasts, does suck though, but would definately still order again from them!

Ordered the mixed kebab, they forgot the side salad. Quality of meat is fair, quite spicy.

I have finally found my fave kebab take away in my area! Although a little pricey, the food was very good! Kebab doner was lovely, came with salad and the naan it comes with is so tasty, it tastes freshly made. I opted for no garlic sauce so I don't know what that would be like. The chips were standard but nice. I also had 4 chicken wings which I thought were super tasty! I would defo order again!
