Totally dissapointed with the whole Pizza GOGO experience! I ordered online and paid online, the only thing they got right was the delivery time! When they turned up they had bought the wrong crusts, took £20 off of my husband even though I had already paid!! forgot my dessert, and when we phoned it took Myself and My Husband nearly 3 days to get our money BACK! after 6 phone calls and a personal visit by my husband they came up with every exscuse under the sun about the manager out, not being there and even going so far to say their computer was down on day of the delivery, as my husband said if so then how did you get our order to deliver in the first place?!? WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE EVER! In PORTSMOUTH BRANCH ANYWAY, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!! WE STILL NEVER GOY TO SPEAK to a Manager AND we never received an apology of anykind, and it turns out I still ended up paying for a dessert I never did get!!

Online order was fine, the option to add a message is a brilliant idea, it's just a pity it wasn't listened too. Delivery time was very good, quite happy with it, but again, wouldn't have minded a slight delay if it meant getting the order right. Value for money wise i'm happy, £11 for what I ordered is fine.

Delivery man forgot my drink, so delivered it to me 1 hour later. When I eventually got it it was the wrong one! Not too pleased.

was told i had given them wrong address as my pizza was an hour late. the driver waslost. and tried to blame me and kept ringing me saying was outside when wasnt.
then when did arrive on the receipt it had my address, tried to say i had gotten my own address wrong when i ordered. and not the number a complete different street. and the pizza was cold. Sarah, PO5

They got our order wrong. It shoudl have been garlic bread with cheese, we got garlic bread without the cheese! Disappointing and not as good as it use to be

Unfortunately my girlfriends Vegetarian Hot pizza did not have any Jalapeno peppers on it. So it wasn't hot at all which was a shame since we got the extra topping of pineapple as requested. Otherwise the pizza's were very good and arrived quickly.

The pizza was 25 minutes late, the cost was £8.00 and I had a £10 note and the delivery person did not have any change at all, he had to go to a local shop to get me my change as it was the pizza was late. Besides that all was good.
