Pizza was overcooked. Banoffee pie was frozen solid and did not defrost for two hours. Very unhappy overall.

Yet again, I have nothing but great things to say about Pizza GoGo. Our pizzas the right amount of fluffy dough, and the right amount of crispiness - just deliciously perfect. The Jalapeno Cream Cheese pops are the best we've ever ordered... The delivery man was so fantastic, I couldn't find my purse and he waited and told me not to stress, and entertained my son while I looked. It was FANTASTIC! Highly recommended from us...

I ordered from Tolworth before 8.00pm, food delivered at 9.00pm. It must have been cooked at 8.00 because it was cold by the time it was delivered. Both pizzas were very brown and overcooked and dry. Ribs were dry and cold. We were hungry so attempted to eat it, but it was inedible.
I could have cooked and eaten a hot meal in less time. Very disappointing and we're still hungry. I have requested a refund and been told that the matter is being investigated. S, KT17

FANTASTIC! The pizza was the best we have had in London so far, and was the perfect size, and was baked just right. Not to soft and not too crispy. We also ordered mozzarella sticks and jalapeño poppers, and were shocked at the quantity - got much more than we expected. Will definitely use Pizza Go-go again...
