Food was piping hot and of excellent quality - very tasty and we would definitely use them again. The delivery man was friendly and cheerful and the food was about 10 - 15min in arriving.

The pizzas were horrible, the cheese tasted really strong and weird and they were almost burned they were so overcooked. The chips were really soggy too. Won't order from them again.

Wow, where do I begin. Being a forgiving kind of person I thought I'd give The Pizza House another try....what a mistake. The last time I went I was left waiting in the takeaway for 15 minutes for ONE portion of chips, that is, after being spoken to like a child on the phone by the idiot that happened to be serving that night. This time, however, we ordered for a collection only to receive a phonecall from Hungry House minutes later telling us that the takeaway has to close at exactly 4pm, 20 minutes before we'd be due to collect. To their credit, we were asked if we could go for 4 and the food would be ready for us. I Got there at 4, waited 10 minutes, then the guy on the till proceeded to tell me not to order through Hungry House because "The commission is too much for me to pay." He then said that I should ring direct to the takeaway in future, and stated that he would cancel any incoming Hungry House orders in future. Marvellous service! Oh, and yes, my girlfriend has sent a complaint to Hungry House about them as well.
Let this be a warning to anybody else wanting to order for a collection....you WILL get moaned at.

Mozzarella sticks tasted good. The sauce with the burger wasn't quite up to expectations (ie: for chilli sauce it wasn't spicy), which resulted in a Fair mark, but the meat was well cooked.

Two tasty and generously topped pizzas, delivered fast and hot, for £10.90. Hard to go wrong, really...

I always go to pizza house company every time i sign in... I never have any trouble's with food, service or standards.... Keep it up!

Another nice pizza, delivered quickly and still hot. This time we also tried some Jalapeno melts which were tasty and crisp, but the cheeseburger and fries were only average - perfectly edible, but rather under-seasoned and, well, dull I guess. Probably frozen, pre-processed items;
a shame because they clearly weren't made to the same standard as the pizzas, which taste much more like home-made.

Unfortunately, one of the items ordered was not available (they had run out of stock), and I was called and informed of this. I was sent an alternative item at their suggestion, but didn't like it, and so while the rest of the order was reasonable, I give the quality and level a "fair" instead of "good".
