my brother has said how good the pizza's were so i tried one, i can see that when cooked properly they are very nice pizza's, unfortunatley my pizza was well over cooked and the dough was hard to chew.

ordered for delivery between 20.30 and 20.40 but pizza was delivered over an hour before, thus leading to cold pizza when my friend arrived. What is the point in requesting a time if it is just delivered at any time? It was very poor service and the delivery person was not interested in my comments

Hi Julie, Sorry to hear that your order from Pizza Laluna was delivered too early. To be fair to the restaurant, I've taken a look at the order we received, and we actually received this order for delivery "asap". I'm very sorry if there was any confusion in the ordering process. I am also going to ask our technical team to take a look through our server logs for your order, and check that there weren't any bugs with the website causing the order to go through incorrectly. In the mean time, we never like to see a customer let down, but especially not when they are still so new to using hungryhouse. I have emailed you some vouchers to use toward a replacement meal, and hopefully this will make up for the unexpected delivery time of this order. [Customer was also emailed] |

Food arrived in 35 mins. Good sized pizza's although bases were a little stodgey. Reasonable amount of topping. Overall a good experience but not outstanding. Will use again in the future. Thank you.

The pizza was very doughy and would have benefited from more topping! It is the first time ordering a pizza and obviously would perhaps add more topping next time. It was excellent size, hot and looked very tasty. The delivery person was a very nice guy with good customer service skills, also well done as it did not take long for the order to arrive. Thank you
