Pizza Line delivered the order to the wrong house, so after an hour and a half I rang up. I spoke to the manager, and for the first 5 minutes of the conversation, he argued with me that there had not been an order from hungryhouse today. Finally realizing that they had an order from hungryhouse and that it had been delivered about an hour ago, he told me 'it had been delivered to a Somalian family', so i informed him that the only people that live here are white British, so then he went and complained that it 'must have been one of the neighbors', which again i told him no Somalian family's live on either side of my house, many other excuses such as my door was open and people were standing there, its my fault because i did not ring earlier and many other excuses to avoid sending me my £10.70 order that i was so desperately trying to get again (note to hungryhouse that's sarcasm). The conversation went from 'they are not sending out another one', to 'i have to pay the £1 commission that hungryhouse charges them', to having to pay the delivery cost, to eventually getting what i paid for at no extra cost, after waiting over 2 hours and a very long phone call. In all honesty i will never order from them again for a £6.50 pizza.
