I ordered a thin crust and was delivered a deep pan. Delivery guy forgot to give me the garlic bread and came back with it 30 mins later cold. To be fair, he did offer to get me a fresh garlic bread but by that time I had already consumed my meal and just didnt bother.

I got a thin crust pizza with pepperoni with mushrooms, which was very tasty, but did not remotely resemble the deep pan vegetarian pizza I actually ordered. Oops.

Grrrrr..... Yes... Grrrrr. I am an angry pizza monster. Everytime I have ordered from here I have been told that the £1 delivery charge was a "glitch" and have not been charged for it. Tonight I order, dude comes on bike, I can smell pizza, its hot, its calling to me. Dude says £9.95 please, I say no, £8.95. Dude says nope... £9.95. I say why? He says its for the dip. I say, but the dip is free- its said so on the screen. He says.. well its because you paid with a card. I say nope, I'm paying cash *waves cash about* Dude says, its an internet surcharge. Scuppered. Phonecall to Big Boss Pizza Monster..... delivery charge/dip dowry/internet scupperment is now free. Hmmmm. Dude not happy, pizza cold now and the missus wants to poke him with a stick if he comes here again. Besides... what if the Pizza Monsters spit on it next time. Thank goodness for Hungry House... I should have no problem finding another more aimiable pizza dude next time. I am the king of takeaways, I have Hungry House, I have choice and I am not afraid to use it Mwah hahahahahaha.

These guys are having a laugh. waited more than an hour and a half for a pizza, turned up ice cold, ordered a bottle of drink, got two cans, phoned to complain and the manger told me the driver got lost, I then asked for a refund and was told no, asked for a new hot pissa and the manager became real aggressive telling me to take my business elsewhere. I think this is disgusting and these guys should be removed from Hungry House. I would not recommend these guys as their customer service sucks and they do not deserve any buisness. They need to send this guy on some kind of Management course.

My oizza took an hour and a half. When it arrived it was stone cold. I asked the driver to deliver another one and he literally ran to his bike and fled. The person on the phone said he was unable to do any thing because they stop deliveries at 10pm. disasterous!

We ordered 2 pizza's and my friend liked hers.
Mine... I actually binned! I thought it was too salty, very chewy and the ingredients was next to nothing. It's like a pizza from a kebab shop... not my kind of pizza! Very quick service though and friendly delivery guy. Anneke, SW15
