Ordered a House Special but a plain Margherita was delivered. When I phoned I was told that the pizza I had ordered wasn't on the menu and they had never heard of it (thought they charged me the higher price for the pizza I'd ordered, not the one they delivered). They claimed to have checked the order with somebody on the phone, but not me. it's baffling nonetheless, especially since I'd ordered the same thing with no problem the week before.
In fairness, they sent a new pizza round about 25 minutes later, but it was still annoying that I had to ring and argue with them and then wait some more. Other delivered from this place have been absolutely fine. Tom, NW10

Hi Tom, I have just been in touch with the manager of Pizza On Demand, who has confirmed that the house special pizza is no longer available. The online menu has now been updated to reflect this, so that it will be clearer for future customers. |

the pizza i ate tasted terrible. it was the worst pizza i have every taseted. also they sent the wrong pizza than what i ordered.

Excellent value for money and quality food. Ordered pizzas on "deep pan" but got them on "thin crust" tho. Still - one of the best pizzas in the area.
