Ordered diet coke got sent diet coke with lemon and lime which we don't like! Ordered chip cob with cheese - paid 80p for extra cheese. Actually got sent a chip cob, and then chips and cheese. Ordered large garlic bread with cheese, expecting a pizza base. It was 5 baguette slices that was chewy and overcooked, as were the fries. Generally bad standard of food, won't use again!

I enjoyed that I was able to order and receive piping hot food which arrived promptly with all the extras that I ordered, but the jacket potatoes could have used a little more seasoning (needed salt) but otherwise I could find no fault with this order and would use them again and again for my midnight feasts.

Part of my order contained a hot chilli pizza, on the basis that it contained no meat. My vegetarian friend who ate it and the chips then threw up, and anybody who knows a long-term vegetarian will know that their body rejects any meat products if they eat it. Whether this pizza or the chips did actually contain any meat I can't be sure, but it's definitely not a good thing that it caused him to throw up. Not what I expect from spending nearly 18 pounds on a meal!

awful service ordered 2 x pitta and chips, battered mushrooms and strawberry ben and jerrys ice cream 1st thing they ring me to say no mushrooms but they will send somosa's instead ok fair enough i was fine about this and comfirmed my order.
any way delivery turns up and 1 lot of pitta and chips was missing so i phoned them back to say they was missing and my response was you only ordered 1 so i told him to recheck his order to his mistake it was 2 so tells me i can have a free 1 next time which of course there will be no next time as some one had to go without food as i told the bloke any way end of phone call and to my disbelieve when i picked up the ice cream they had sent the total wrong 1 which was cookie dough which sure dont taste or look like strawberry to me : ( Kerry, LE2

food was good and hot. Didnt get my drink that i ordered though, and the chips seemed rather stale liked they had been cooked a few times

Do not waste your money! Not only did it cost £3 for delivery, the food turned up at the last possible minute in there time slot, all of the food was cold, the fries and garlic bread were state and chewy, the fried chicken was soggy, and the pizza was disgusting. The only part of my £18.99 order that was ok for human consumption was the bottle of Coke.

My order was delivered with a bottle of drink missing. Restaurant insisted that they had received the order like this but couldn't justify the price, insisting I should have booked the order directly through them and not using a 3rd party. Food was ok, service was terrible with no refund offered, just left it at bring ripped off.
