Ordered food form here sunday at 8pm and got email saying food would be delivered to us at 9.20pm at the lastest as it was a sunday we didnt mind...9.40 our food still hadn't been deliever so rang pizza plaza and they said it was on the way we was very disapionted may i add we had only oreder a pizza, chicken tikka meat and bbq wings this does not take 2 hours to cook! i understand they may have been busy but i had work next day did not want to be eating that late, We wasn't even offered any kind of compensation when we ask they said there was nothing they could do!! Feel very let down by pizza plaza will not be using them again i recomend they ring if they know that customers order is going to be late!

As regular customers we were very disappointed to have to wait 2 hours for our food, it also took the restaurant 20 minutes to accept the order. Food was good quality as always.

we order food regulary from pizza plaza but on this occasion the chicken tikka was not cooked, when u bit into it it was like jelly and full of water and when i called them to complain i was told to put it in the microwave for another 2 minutes and finish it off which needless to say if u order food u shouldnt have to finish cooking it yourself, there was no offer of a replacement or an apology so wont be ordering from there again which is a shame as have been using them for about 4 years but should of had the decency to replace it an not tell me to finish cooking it myself.

the wrong food was sent to us i called to complain and i was asked what i wanted to be done about it
the chips were swimming in grease the kebeb meat was stone cold
have ordered from here before but after last night will NEVER order again POOR FOOD AND VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Have been using pizza plaza for years and now with online ordering it's never been easier. Excellent food as always delivered quickly and correctly. What more could you ask for?

my meal turned up late and without the drink I ordered. i specified a large kebab but received doner meat, they didn't respond to my special requirements either.

 

 

order arrived in plenty of time, however when we called to tell them they'd forgot the chips they were not very helpful at all. only when my husband spoke to them did they agree to send them out, although they arrived after we'd finished the rest of the meal. Not only that, they sent out a normal vege pizza instead of a deluxe hot vege pizza so even though we only got half the order, the other half was still wrong. driver was very apologetic though and that was appreciated
