I ordered from Pizza Roma a few weeks back and I was impressed that I got what I ordered, quickly and it was nice. Pleased to say I don't think it was a one off, and I was pleased with it again. I particularly like that the chips come in a bag rather than a polystyrene box, which won't recycle. I find this takeaway good value and would definitely order again

I asked for a double cheese burger and double chicken burger with no mayonaise, salad cream or anything else except lettice and fresh tomatoes. I got a double cheese burger with no cheese and salad cream and a chicken burger with salad cream. How could they make such a mistake when i stated that twice in the special request box. How unprofessional of them. I am very disappointed with them.

Sadly, I will never use them again, despite recommendations from friends. The food arrived almost 2 and a half hours after I had ordered it. I phoned several times and each time they said it was on the way. When it finally arrived they blamed it on the weather. It was cold and to add insult to injury they had sent the wrong dish. I phoned them again and they weren't interested. I said they had my phone number and couldn't they let me know it was going to be late. They said they don't do that! I tried to cancel but they refused as it had already been paid for through your site!
So, if you want food from here, I suggest you order it before you actually get hungry! All in all a very disappointing experience. B, LS8
