Amazing !! fast and easy service. Pizza is sqaure to filling the entire box. absolutely delicious food :) thanks !! will be back again next weekend :D

Took much longer than predicted to arrive and although the delivery person apologised for the delay there was something missing from my order.

Great value compared to the big pizza chains and more specialist pizza parlours. If you're after pizzas when you've got mates round Pizza Xtra is good value.

Wrong drink supplied and no jalapenos on the 'hot' pizza, so it wasn't hot. Standards slipping?

After a long day in uni, and hearing from my housemates that our Halloween house party this weekend is being cancelled, I wasn't on my best of moods, and I really didn't want to go to the kitchen and cook, if it meant facing my housemates- so I decided to be a bit naughty (let's face it, you can't spend much on food when just living off a student loan!) and get a take away instead. I have seen that Pizza Xtra's reviews were outstanding, so I went for it.
I ordered a large Cheese & Pepperoni crust American Hot pizza- bit greedy having a large for myself, but I only realised that when I looked at the pizza! I didn't let the size scare me, so I put on the latest episode of Gossip Girl (hey, we all have guilty pleasures.. pizzas, and trash tv!) and started eating. I realised that even though I ordered a cheese & pepperoni crust, they only got me a cheese crust, and despite the fact that I was a bit annoyed at first (these things annoy you when you had a bad day!) but I wasn't that bothered when I realised how tasty the pizza was. It was very generous on the topping, and mm, the cheese! It wasn't greasy either, which is always a good thing! Did I mention that I ate ALL of it by myself? Call me a pig as much as you want, but it was tasty! Before I knew it, my mood was changed and I was a happy bunny (a little bloated too, and angry at Blair from Gossip Girl, but let's not go there!). I will definitely order from Pizza Xtra again, although next time, I would really like to try the Cheese & Pepperoni crust... that just sounds heavenly! Robert, BN1

5 Stars for service!
-despite the fact that there was a screw up with the pizzas: large veggie pizza orderer reporting in again! Yes...we ordered a large veggie pizza again. Yes...we received a large veggie hot pizza again. This time we picked up the phone...and the guys were lovely! -They were quick to apologise; however...bearing in mind that the guy we spoke to on the phone was just as annoyed as we were, I'm 99% sure that their explanation that the "standard" veggie versus "hot" veggie order had indeed been lost in translation adds up. I relayed that this had now happened twice in a row & they were extremely quick to apologise - and put things right: we received our "correct" pizza very quickly. The only negative comment I'd make is that the 2nd delivery delivery guy was surley & avoided eye contact! Glad we gave Pizza Extra another go; we'll definitely succumb to our square-shaped cravings again very shortly :D H, BN1

Unusually disappointing last night - mainly because we received the wrong pizza :(
-The large veggie pizza we ordered was absolutely covered in Jalapenos. (by process of deduction I assume that we received a "veggie hot" by mistake) This was a bit of a shame as despite picking all the Jalapenos off, the pizza was still quite spicy - not great, as my boyfriend hates spicy food! Unfortunately we were both quite hungry by the time our order arrived (45 minutes after we had placed our order), so didn't have the patience to send it back for a replacement. Better luck next time, eh? H, BN1
