Was very disappointed with our order from Planeat World this time.
We had to wait about 2 hours or so for it to be delivered. Despite initially being advised only an approx 40 minute wait. We called the restaurant after 1 hour was told it was on its way & it should be about 15 minutes, but we were still waiting. Called about 40 minutes into this period of waiting to cancel our order as it was now into a full hour & half waiting for our delivery, but was told it had left the restaurant & it should be with us in approximately 15-20 minutes. So in total we waited about 2 hours or so for it to be delivered.
The restaurant was somewhat apologetic & said we will have a discount on our next order, but the delay in the order has put us off using them. When the food arrived it was only sub-standard.
It delayed our plans for the evening & the wait was unacceptable.
We had ordered from them prior to this & we had a slight delay but nothing to this extent, plus the first order was much more acceptable.
This is dissapointing as Planeat World Food does have a good selection & we enjoyed the first order but when you have had such a long wait & food doesn't arrive to standard it puts you off.

Amazing cheeseburger but they forgot the onions I paid an extra £1 for! Annoying that you have to buy £14 worth for free delivery. Have used twice and will use again.

Good food but quite pricey. Have used before and will use again.

Food was excellent - the burritoes were very tasty and nicely spicy and the stuffed chillies were sensational.

Can order just about any dish from all over the world. Food is fine but not the best. Good option when you fancy something from the east and something from the west.

The curry mutton, rice and peas was delicious and hot on speedy arrival. Bear in mind it was snowing that night! The salt fish fritters were divine.

I highly recommend Planeat. I ordered a couple of Mexican starters and some of the Caribbean food and it was all delicious.

Quality of food fair only because the fries were oily. Otherwise burger was great, jerk chicken wings were great and mango lassi was very good.

HAD THE WRONG MEAT IN MY ORDER BUT THE CHICKEN WAS VERY NICE.

the food was amazing, we went for some Indian and some Caribbean which were both delicious. Very decent portions, it arrived quickly, hot and well-contained, plus it was well-presented. The delivery guy was very friendly and cheerful too, I honestly can not recommend them enough.

Ordered a lot of food, took a bit longer than expected but I had no problem with that. The only problem I had was with the plantain i ordered. More like muesli.

The food was excellent except for the fries. They weren't cooked. Massively disappointed on the fries front!
