amazing food ! and supper quick can have my food!

We ordered a platter of 24 sushi and it was all absolutely delicious. I can honestly say we kept eating long after we were full because we wanted to try every different type on the plate and then went back for more because it was so good. Service was very friendly. They didn't have the saki we had ordered but they called us almost immediately once the order had been made to let us know. The lovely lady on the phone told me which Saki's they had in stock and explained the different flavours of the two alternatives to help me select one. All in all very pleased with our experience and will definitely order from them again if we're craving sushi!

As ever the food was wonderful from Poppy Hanna and I'd recommend them to anyone. My only gripe is, what's the point of having a 'special instructions' section on your website if the instructions are ignored? In this case, I asked for the delivery person to phone when they arrived as our door bell doesn't work, only to have them then banging at the door. Luckily I heard him.

I am a massive fan of sushi and have never ever eaten from Poppy Hana before- I have to say i was so impressed with the freshness, the taste and the presentation of my order. It was brilliant. very good value for money and so enjoyable to eat. If you love sushi like me and want to eat good food then i recommend Poppy Hana. Definately will not be disappointed.

Fair quality food, nowhere near the best Japanese food I've had. The yakisoba was overcooked and the sauce wasn't up to spec. The Katsudon was fine. I'd order again on a lazy night at home in front of the TV, but wouldn't make a destination of it.

Waitress had a very unusual and bitter tone of voice over the phone (heavy accent) and fruit juice was out of stock (1 of the 3 fruits not available), however, she then gave me a hard time and would not let me select the fruit of my choice to cover the missing one that was not available. They then sent me the wrong fruit juice because the missing fruit was nowhere to be found or tasted, and had the deceitfulness to lie to me and the delivery guy who was told to tell me that it was the one that I ordered. I was told they were out of this from the beginning, so highly speculative about this woman who obviously should not be employed there, poor service and disappointing establishment. Will definitely be spending my hard earned money elsewhere! It must be very difficult for them to drive 2 minutes to tescos to pick up a piece of fruit when they do have a 45 minute delivery window and choose instead to phone the customer and give them a hard time. Average food. Don't you think I can juice my own fruit for FREE? It's not rocket science, the least you can do is stock 3 fruits if you are putting it on your menu and if you are out, then do not offer it and don't harass your customers.

Loved the udon

Delivery took the max amount of time, and late extra 15 minutes. We only live 5 minutes by car. Salmon bento was disappointing, two grilled pieces of fish, small rice and 2 bites of fruit. No miso soup included, at least I ordered two starters which filled me up. Otherwise, udon noodles was tasty. Fruit juices are good, think value for money isn't great. But will order again since we like to eat healthily.

Called to say what items they didnt have and offered alternatives, only issue was that the beef was quite pink - other than that good overall :-)

Even tho the food was above anyhting deliverable out there, the prices are way above eating in in a real Japanese down by Soho, Only advisable if you REALLY do not want to go out cause you're sick or maybe the world has ended.
