The delivery was fast but the food quality very poor even considering the value for money. The rice seemed old and the seafood udon other than 3/4 sad mussles had almost no seafood and some tasteless vegetables.

I've been ordering you Poppy Hana for past 2 years and I have always been satisfied with the quality of food but in the past 2 order (2 weeks from each other), the quality has deteriorated to a level where it's 'awful'!!! The tempura prawns were caked in batter and came icy cold. The fusion tempura maki tasted like rice cake (made with super soggy rice) with no flavour. The whole order was lope-sided resulting everything (sashimi set, sushi set) soaked in wasabi.
Most awful experience yet!! You used to be REALLY good and it's really deteriorated in the past 6 months already. The past 2 orders are not in the standard you used to be. May, SE16 |

Food arrived very late. Did call and say it would be another 15 mins later than was first suggested by ended up being another 40 mins. No apology or discount on the order and my instruction into my block of flat were ingnored even though i'd put them on my order phone. very disappointed and won't be using this service or Poppy Hana again.

poppyhana was my one of favourite restaurant for take away. I asked them several times that I have food allergy, CUCUMBER, so replace it when i order sushi set. but every time i wrote it in at special request section, they always ignore it and deliver cucumber maki. I think they don't even check special request section when they receive order from internet. Gosh, I'm so disappointed and annoyed about their service and ignorance!!
