Hungry house was easy to use but the meal was average and a little dry.

Not as impressed this time. Burger was quite greasy, apple pie was not nice at all and the chocolate cake was a very small piece. Also, the driver seemed incompetent when it came to pushing the doorbell as he said he'd tried it several times and had been waiting 10mins. Worked 1st time when I pressed it in front of him though. What an idiot! So I was not impressed with that. Food was okay but nowhere near up to the standard of my last order from here so I'll stick to pizza next time.

I just cannot praise this place enough! I'm a very honest person and will also point out if there is anything I am not happy about, but here I can give only positives! They really care about and listen to customer's feedback and thoughts. Such a lovely change to be able to say that about a takeaway/restaurant. They even held the order and rang me to let me know the drink I ordered wasn't in stock and would I accept another choice before confirming. So considerate! The Meal for One that I've now had on 3 occasions has improved every time I've had it. The thin crust veggie pizza was crisp, full of toppings and very tasty. The fries are now served in a carton (not the paper bag as previous), and the drinks are now ice cold. The garlic bread was 4 thick, soft, full of flavour segments. Fab! The order was delivered quickly and piping hot. I even burnt my mouth on a chip. Ouch!
I will definitely order from Prima Pizza again and recommend it to friends. Looking forward to trying the Apple Pie next time! My favourite Italian/pizza takeaway.

 

Took ridiculous time to deliver

This was the only place in Leicester that I could find open at around 3am as I was working nights. I ordered online for the first time although for peace of mind I did call to check they had received my order. Wasn't disappointed by the food - it was great.
