Salad was out of date by about 1 week, The balti was ok and there was plenty of meat in it but some rice should have been included for the price. Kebab was second rate and nan was soggy and stodgy. overall was very dissapointed with meal. took nearly 2hrs from order to delivery

The food always takes a long time to come on delivery, but I have to say, it's worth the wait. Exceptional every time I have ordered. 5*

the curry was delivered quite fast and it was nice and fresh. Breads were very good and freshly made, as well as poppadums. My only problem was that my makhani curry tasted the same as rogan josh, whereas it was supposed to be mild in taste. Either They made a mistake and sent me two rogan dishes or the description of makhani as mild is very unfortunate. Still, despite this little surprise I enjoyed it, it was very tasty.

Would definitely use again. The food arrived promptly and was still very hot when we received it. Quality of the food was also high. No complaints.

Food was good, although they got my order slightly wrong, I received the wrong type of rice and I wasn't given any Mango chutney with the popadoms, even though they were advertised to come with them. All in all very good though, will probably use them again.

The order was incorrectly given by Hungryhouse/recieved by Raj leaving us paying for food that wasn't wanted and would not be eaten. Attempted to phone them and have the situation sorted only to be told they could not do anything about it. The quality of the food that was correct was poor.

We are obviously really concerned about this, and will get in touch with the management at Raj to make sure that any problems are smoothed out. In the mean time, no-one should be left not able to get an immediate resolution if there is a problem. As a gesture of apology from hungryhouse, I have arranged for 50% of the cost of your meal to be credited to your member account. It will be automatically deducted the next time you order and choose to pay with card. Hopefully this demonstrates to you that we believe customers should be treated in the right way. the food was cold when it arrived, i had paid for a separate chilli sauce which arrived on one of the meals, the wrong one. the mint sauce did not arrive. the meat was burnt and tough, the naan bread was nice, and the salad had coleslaw all over it, which i didnt want so couldnt eat the salad
