Prawn puree was tasteless, absolutly no spice taste at all. The Lamb Tikka Masala was really just Tomato sauce, again no spices in it at all and the lamb was very tough and chewy and over cooked, and the rice was very over cooked, almost pureed, overall I barely ate any of the main course at all. I will not be orsering from The Raj of Bengal again

As requested I didnt receive the extra naan bread instead of rice which i had asked while submitting the order. Attention to detail required.

It seems that if you want the PERFECT indian cuisine but in a take away format, then Raj of Bengal is the place. My order was made late on Saturday night, and for a small amount. I was concerned they may not be able to cook the food before they were due to close. How wrong was I? Not only was it hot and delivered quickly, but it was the type of food you expect in expensive restaurants, not as take away. For £12 I managed to order enough to feed two of us, and was totally impressed. All meats were cooked tenderly and salads and sauces had a fresh newly made taste about them too.
Piping hot, thoroughly cooked and tasted exquisite. I will recommend them to everyone. PERFECT. Jaimee, DA1

Was OK. Taste was good but the content of the dish is not exactly what it should be. It was customized its own way. Same gravy used for both the dishes so taste looks the same even though name is different. Naan was fantastic. Liked and happy to order again but not so frequently.
