The food was actually decent, if it had not arrived late and cold. The delivery actually arrived after the allocated time slot (which we feel is a really large window already) and when we rang the restaurant, we were just given a mumbled apology of delay due to heavy traffic of orders. Prices were a little hefty for the portions, but eating it, you can see why as they do use good quality produce. Shame it was cold and soggy when it had arrived, else we could have at least appreciated the culinary experience.

When you serve your tongue to a superbly roasted and moist piece of chicken with a mouth-watering smell and freshly fried calamari accompanied with a well-balanced tartar sauce and top it all of with a beautiful piece of lemon tart...... what you get is a HAPPY customer. Furthermore, delivery was on time and all other aspects of the transaction were as flawless as Randal and Aubir's food dancing on my palette.

My food arrived 80 minutes after i ordered... I live in w1 about 15 mins from Randall and Aubin
The fish and chips arrived cold and soggy, the fish was battered but not cooked for very long so not crispy. Very disappointing... the food here is always great when you eat at the restaurant!! They could at least invest in some suitable containers to help keep the food hot!! I would avoid ordering take away from them again. J, W1W

Stunning food...as always, but this time I tried the full on burger, this was beautiful. Cannot think why anyone would prefer the fast-food option. And my personal favourite, the Zuccini frites were lovely.

Sandwich platters are a retro office treat, my only criticism is they should have had a crisp garnish! They are always super helpful here too and it's worth giving them a call if you want something special. All in really good quality and service.

Ordered from Randall and Aubin around 9pm. Of the 4 items ordered, two of the items were not delivered - crab cakes were replaced by calamari without warning and sparkling water substituted with still water (again without reference to me). The order email attached to the bag was correct which suggests that the kitchen either couldn't be bothered to fulfill the order properly and were unable to do so in which case the order should have been rejected and I could have gone somewhere else. Perhaps they hoped I wouldn't notice?
When I phoned the restaurant to complain a couple of minutes after the order arrived, I was told that the kitchen had closed and all of the chefs had gone home and there was nothing that could be done other than to send me a free dessert the night after which is hardly sufficient recompense. The correct food which did come was lukewarm but tasty. That said, I won't be using Randall and Aubin again. Graeme, EC2M

The food turned up 20 minutes later than the advertised maximum delivery time; 1hr 40min in total to deliver the meal.
The food was absolutely stone cold when it turned up. Reheated it was pleasant, a shame as it was probably really nice when it was made. Pretty disgraceful service from a place that clearly prides itself on quality. Very disappointed and will not be ordering again. I, EC1V

Food was half hour late, so was delivered 1.30hours after ordered, and the food was soggy and cold. I had to microwave!!!! No explanation given or money off.

The restaurant is very inconsistent with their delivery service. I the food I ordered arrived around 2 and a half hours later, which left the food to be cold wet and soggy.

Sometimes their delivery is horrible! Two days ago their driver was "stuck in traffic" for an hour and a half but when the food arrived it was still hot so we were clearly being deceived. This evening I received a call after waiting 45 minutes to tell me they were severely delayed and could be another hour. I love the food here but this service is a deal breaker.
