I was reluctuant to try Chinese food from somewhere different to my normal place, but this food was excellent! I will be using this restaurant again.

The delivery time is good and the food was delicious but, for the second consectutive time, they forgot to put in the crackers I had ordered which is why I have downgraded the service feedback. It's only a small amount but detail like that is important.

This meal was a bit disappointing in some respects, after such a good experience the first time we ordered from Rasa Penang a few weeks ago. The plain rice looked like half a portion chucked into the plastic box, there was hardly any dipping sauce for the spring rolls, and the "free bottle of wine for orders over £50" did not materialise. The food is very good but it looks like someone got distracted halfway through prepping our order. The front of house staff are letting the chefs down a little! We will order from them again - hoping it is just an off-night.

Love Rasa Penang - it never fails to be delicious!! Wholeheartedly recommend it, both as a restaurant and as a take away.

Food tasted good. BUT delivered it 40 minutes after their estimated latest arrival time (when I rang their excuse was that they were busy!!) and missed two items on the order.

I ordered from Rasa Penang because previously their food has always been exceptional. Unfortunately, this time this was not the case.
I ordered very early in the evening and the food arrived incredibly quickly. The aromatic duck was too moist and far from crispy. The rice and noodle dishes didn't seem at all fresh. The chicken satay was fine. Very disappointed. Tim, SW18

Excellent food; only issue is to request double the pancakes/wrappers with their crispy duck. We are always short and have extra duck! It's a good problem to have...
