The food was awful this time - we were surprised as we really enjoyed our first order. We won't be ordering from here again.

we used red chilli as it was a sunday afternoon and none of our regular choices was open. with that in mind, we weren't expecting the highest possible standard of food and the reality met this expectation. the food was average at best. i would not recommend this place as a first choice.

Excellent customer service experience, one example to demonstrate this:
We had ordered large Kingfisher beers, but since they were out of stock, they delivered Cobra beers. Upset by this, I called them and after apologising for not informing us in advance, they offered to supply small Kingfisher bottles in return for absolutely no cost. I even offered to return the Cobra beers, but they refused, insisting that we take the KF on-the-house, and it was delivered to us in no time. We will do business with them again!

The Madras could of been slightly hotter but over all the meal was brilliant

Stingy on ingredients - the special sizzler biriyani ahd no prawns in it all, the sag paneer only had 6 tiny cubes of paneer, and the cheese nan had a very small amount of a strange orange cheese on it that was only grated on top of it and not even properly melted. The food flavour was locking overall / generally flat and lacklustre (not spicy or fragrant at all). Very dissapointing - will not order again as it was poor quality and I feel completely ripped off - no prawns!!!

We really enjoyed the food. This was definitely one of the best Indian meals we have ever had and we will order from here again.
