It took them 3 hours (!) to deliver my order and when it finally arrived at midnight the pizza was cold.
I was calling them few times and i was always told that it will be only 15 minutes. This was my first and last order. Maciej, SW8

Red Planet Pizza is unique in that they offer you a variety of sauces on your pizza base above the standard tomato or BBQ. I opted for a garlic and herb creamy sauce, on a deep pan base, and awaited my order with mild excitement. I'd gone for the 'Deal 1' which includes a medium pizza, four pieces of garlic bread, four chicken wings and a can of soft drink for just under £12. When the food arrived I opened the box to be confronted with what I soon discovered to be a tomato based, stuffed crust pizza. This wasn't what I ordered. Now they didn't give me any mushrooms, which I had requested, but aside from that I was a little disappointed. Don't get me wrong the food was still tasty, and I still enjoyed it, but it wasn't what I ordered, and there was no explanation from the restaurant as to why. I would order from there again, but be wary that you may not get what you asked for.

Not only could the driver not find my house , the food was absolutely repugnant. I ordered a burrito which turned out to be a tasteless over sized oblong samosa and a ice cream cake. This 'cake' which cost me almost £4 turned out to be a tiny slice in a smudged/used take away container. All order items thrown in the bin. Absolutely TERRIBLE.

I can't begin to explain how much I hated about this meal. All the food was cold when it arrived. The burrito was burned and resembled nothing similar to a burrito, and had no sour cream or guacamole in it. The pizza was a greasy mess and the chips were soggy and generally disgusting. The mozzarella sticks resembled soggy, greasy, deep-fried plastic and they even gave us the wrong canned drinks.
Avoid at all costs. P.S. I expect to be contacted by hungryhouse or the restaurant to arrange a FULL refund. Michael, SE23

Garlic bread was tasteless, pizza was warm rather than hot, chicken wings were bad. Complete waste of money.

My pizzas were very greasy and salty. I had to use 4 paper kitchen towel sheets to soak up the oil before I was able to eat them! The prosciutto e rucola pizza thin crust with salsa sauce was not too bad although I could not taste the salsa sauce. The meat club did not look or taste as I expected and I was hard pressed to find any pepperoni on the pizza. I took advantage of their double deal which was just as well as the medium pizzas were definitely on the small size. I don't think I will order from them again in the near future.

Minutes after delivery I had a VERY rude phone call demanding payment, I had just paid through hungry house???? then upon opening the food were inedible nachos. They were glued to the grease paper and extremely burnt! The lasagna was stone cold and needed reheating! The so called prawn cocktail was just 4 small prawns on a bed of lettuce with no sauce???? I would feed this to my dog!!!

I ordered burritos which should have come with sour cream and guacamole. I got neither. I even ordered extra sour cream (and paid for it) as I love lots of sour cream on my burritos - I got a couple of little pots of garlic mayonnaise. If I'd have eaten that with my deep-fried, artery clogging "burrito", I probably would have died of heart disease on the spot. Very disappointing as I was very excited by being able to order a mexican delivery. Avoid the burritos at all costs. My husband had pizza and wasn't particularly impressed either. Sorry Planet Pizza but wasn't the best experience for us...
