Good pizza, prompt delivery.

Barely anything on the pizza and it was too fatty as well. Not ordering again from them ,ever.

The pizza was a little cold and oily, but surprisingly delicious, order was on time and good price!

Cheese on the pizza was disgusting and the "spicy" goujons wasn't spicy at all

Hi, I was really disappointed with my last order from Red Planet Pizza. I order from there quite often and am usually pleased with my order. This time it was not only wrong, but it was also extremely greasy and the dough was under cooked. I would have complained immediately but I had guests over and we were quite hungry. I hope if I order from them again this does not happen.

Within seconds of ordering, they phoned to tell me there was no pepperoni. Bit daft that a pizza place has no pepperoni, but fair play to them for contacting me so quickly. However, it then took over 5 minutes to agree an alternative topping, as first of all the guy didn't understand me, and then there was no salami either. In the end I just repeated "some kind of meat" over and over until he heard "meatballs" and I just agreed to it.
The delivery time was good, but the delivery driver was not. He knocked my door loudly, as requested (I was upstairs in my office) but barely gave me 5 seconds to answer before starting to smash on the door so hard it shook, and repeatedly calling my mobile - I was already half way down the stairs!
And then his manners were just shocking.
Finally, the pizza was edible but really not what I had expected, it had completely the wrong sauce, the meatballs were cheap and tasteless and my spicy beef topping was nowhere to be seen. Overall, not impressed, but they have been ok in the past.

Good portions and tasty pizzas. Garlic and herb sauce worth a special mention.

Last time I ordered from Red Planet the food was delivered promptly and my only complaint was that the delivery guy didn't call me on arrival as I requested (doorbell is useless).

This time they totally missed the delivery slot and when I called and explained my order was late the guy said "15 more minutes" to which my reply was "but you don't know who I am - how do you know it will be 15 minutes late?". So he said "okay, what you ordered?" and I said "How about I give you my order reference number?" - this was met with silence. So I had to say "hello??" to get him talking again. He asked for my address. He then said he had my address in front of him and that the order would take another ten to fifteen minutes because they are very busy.

What he should have done is said, right at the beginning of the call, something involving "sorry" and "we're running late right now" or "all orders are going out about 15 minutes late because we're so busy". I didn't get any kind of courtesy and I had to wait ages for my food. Also, the delivery guy AGAIN ignored my instructions written clearly in 2 places to CALL on arrival. I wrote one of them in capital letters, I typed my number out on the instruction for ease. I was incredibly lucky my unreliable doorbell decided to work and I was close enough to hear it.

The late delivery was inconvenient and irritating. If the website states a delivery deadline, I hope there's some kind of compensation if the standards are not met.

I ordered the chicken wings, fries and garlic bread plus a tub of Haagen Dazs. The food arrived promptly and was nice and hot. I absolutely loved the garlic bread and the chicken wings. The chips suffered a bit on the journey and were a bit soggy, but I guess that's what travelling chips do! At least there were plenty of them. I would definitely order from these guys again

They must have not checked their hungry house orders, as when I phoned to check on progress after over an hour of waiting, they didn't know anything about it. Then I got the wrong pizzas and was asked to pay by the delivery guy, even though I had already paid by card online. Waited almost 2 hours in all. Won't order again.
