They delivered so quickly, portions were larger than I expected (yay!) and I got extra sauce with it all! A really nice start to the week from Red Planet Pizza =D I would definitely order from them again and reccommed them.

Food not bad - but I was distinctly unimpressed by the deliveryman almost banging my door down and then cheekily asking me if I'd paid....I had - online!!!

Beware prices for these people are wrong on Hungry House. Delivery guy tried to charge me more on the door, saying I had ordered from an old menu. Then when I explained I had ordered here he then said HH was a third party and that they do not charge the right price therefore I have to pay more. I had to explain my rights as a consumer before they backed down.
Pizza was nice, jalepenos were lovely, garlic mushrooms were mushrooms in cheese with no garlic and cooked to a crisp, literally. R, W14

Hi Ruth, I'm so sorry to hear about the trouble with your order - you should never be charged more than the amount shown on your order confirmation email. I have just double checked with the restaurant, they advise that they have very recently increased their prices. Unfortunately, they had not updated their online menu, or informed us of this change. They have agreed to honour the prices as listed on the website until we are able to update their page. And, our team will be working with the restaurant staff to ensure this never happens again. [customer was also emailed.] |
