First time using hungryhouse.co.uk - went like clockwork, faultless. I have NEVER beeen disappointed with the quality of food from Red Spice. They have only ever got my order wrong once in the years I have been using this establishment and they were back at my front door correcting the order (and more) within minutes. Great service, great food!

Although, in mitigation, the shop found themselves short of staff, the order was well over an hour getting delivered (at least 10 minutes after the 'latest' time mentioned on the email). I would have preferred to have this told to me on ordering. I sympathise with being short of staff but if you are a business you have to deliver what you advertise.

Apart from a little delay in them accepting my order, the delivery was quick and the food was excellent! I had an added poppadom in my bag, but to be honest, this is expected and I would have been miffed if there wasn't. I also really like the actual towels that came with the order, not the fabricated ones, but actual cotton towels in a pack, a welcome refresh after the meal, along with the murray mints :) I will be ordering again, keep up the good work.

Yum yum, have ordered previously from red spice and thoroughly enjoyed the service and food, the shop itself is always clean, the staff are very friendly, and it is brilliant being able to see your food being made. On this occasion we ordered through hungryhouse.co.uk for a delivery! The food was as always brilliant and we didnt have to wait long! We'll be ordering again soon :)

We have used this Indian take-away for a few years now and have always been extremely happy with the quality of the food and the friendly service. We have tried various others in the area but none match up to ths one in our opinion. Food is very subjective and everyone looks for different things from a curry, but we find this to be the best Indian take-away in our area.
