Ordered at 2000. An hour later, I got a call from the delivery driver who was miles away from where he should have been. Clearly he had got very lost. Pizza finally arrived at 2120, stone cold. The driver refused to do anything to help. Insisted that I call his depot. I did this and was told that the only thing that I could do would be for them to make new food and send it back out to me. Delivery was promised within an hour. I tried to explain that having orded food at 8 because I was hungry, being offered delivery of hot food at half ten at night was not acceptable. Went round in circles for a while - partial refund refused. Not recommended.

wrong pizza's delivered, took 45 mins for the correct ones to arrive, no apology or freebies. Pizza's were average so not worth the wait or hassel.

Pizza had next to none of the advertised toppings, was more of a generic meat pizza. A big disappointment. temp was fine. But just cheap and nasty really. Will not be ordering again.

Slow delivery. Although the pizza was hot, the cheese and pepperoni stuffed crust tasted very strange.

DO NOT USE! I bought 2 pizzas that got delivered twice because of an order mix up. Subsequently i did not get my money back or the correct delivery!

Pizza could have been warmer, greasy side orders.

Can't fault Milano for value for money. Lovely pizza.

honestly the worst take away ive ordered from, food was late and cold, called to complain and they said they would give me a 50% discount next time. i dont think they will and i would even go there again anyway. the only thing they got right was the bottle of coke. spicy wings cold and not spicy and questionable meat. curly fries were soggy and in some parts just wet. pizza was like something out of a shop bunged in the microwave and then dropped on the floor.
