one hour late arriving

tried cafe rickshaw for the first time and it was an awesome experience ordering online was simple and concise the food arrived when they said it was going to and the food itself was gorgeous and i felt compelled to ring them and tell them how good i found the service and the quality of the food we will without doubt be using them again

This was a great takeaway. Delicious food although mine was a little greasy. Everybody else loved their and the sauces are amazing. The prawns in my meal actually had flavour too - good, decent, meaty prawns. Great vfm thanks to the 25% off deal.

Delivery time was changed to half an hour later than planned. When driver turned up he asked for the money even though I had already paid in full. I then had to wait while he confirmed this with the restaurant. When I finally got to open the food itself I was HUGELY disappointed. The "mixed grill" which cost £9.99 amounted to just a few scraps of meat in a bag. It was just a chicken leg, a burnt lamb chop and what looked like a half-eaten sheek kebab. The "large stuffed nan" was tiny and was barely stuffed with what looked like a few scrapings off the grill. Absolutely hideous - and that cost another £4.50! All in all, a dreadful experience.

not the best meal i have had from cafe rickshaw ordered popadoms and they did not come with meal although i had payed for them very disapointed

Rated level of service as fair as no receipt was given on delivery and it took just under 90 minutes to deliver food but quality and value for money were spot on

Order arrived late. Balti was good, but the 'large' naan wasn't very large. I'd say normal sized. Overall 7/10.

A big disappointment. I am not a fussy eater but would expect a curry to be like a curry. Instead it appeared like a mix of someone else's curry as there were two distinct colours and then a tin of tomatoes chucked in for good measure. Attempted to eat it and had to chuck away. Luckily the peshwari Nan was nice so I managed to salvage some of the chicken out of the curry. I would not use again.

The food was terrible. When it eventually arrived it was cold and tasteless. The starter which was meant to be for 2 people only had enough for one person and what was there was cold and overcooked. Very disappointing. I phoned to complain and the manager has offered me a free meal next time I order. I would have preferred a refund off the terrible food I received on the night.Not recommended.
