We waited 2 hours for our meal! We clicked the asap option, which is a ridulous spectrum between 7:45 to 8:45, when we ordered at 7:15 and our meal still wasn't here by 8:55. unforunately, the food is good, but the speed of delivery is beyond salvation. We have had this before from Rima and hungry house. We shall find another resturant who treats regular customers with more value

We made our order online. I thought at £79 it was very expensive. What made it even worse was they cancelled our order (without bothering to let us know! we had to phone) because we wanted to pay in cash and they expected it to be a prank call. Hungry House called us to check and we said it was genuine and then they cancelled anyway! What a waste of time, we had excellent fish and chips for half the price in the end so they did us a favour.

We've been ordering from Rima for years. On this one occasion though, they let us down. We only ordered three dishes, which took an hour to arrive. And they forgot a dish, so we had to call them (for the second time) & the missing dish arrived 25 mins later. This is the only time we've ever had problems though, as they're usually efficient & the food is delicious.

The food from Rima was top class. We have had take away from them before and it has always been very good. This was the first time we used HungryHouse and am impressed by the service.

Enjoyed the food, and decent portions make for good value. Only gripe was that there was a rice missing - not a disaster in a £40+ order, but a bit of a nuisance.

As ever, fantastic food and quick, friendly service.
The vegetarian options are vast, with plenty of lovely paneer dishes. It was also good value for money and we were left very satisified. We shall definately take aqay from Rima again! Alex, IG6

Butter chicken was far from authentic. There was no trace of butter and it was awfully sweet.

Absolutely delicious! This is the second time we ordered from this restaurant. The delivery man was very keen to know we enjoyed the meal the first time and we of course did! We got really tired of oily tasteless food and this is anything but that! Biryani portions are huge - great value!

All very yummy except for the butterfly king prawn starter that needed more seasoning and was a bit dry. Apart from that, this restaurant is in a different league from other Indian restaurants we have tried.
