Hi Howard, Sorry to hear that there was a problem with your order and this was blamed on us. I see that River Spice have only just joined hungryhouse - yours was pretty much the first order that they had received from us, so it appears there have been some kind of teething problems. Clearly we don't want this to happen again, so I'll get our account management team to give the owner a call and go over how everything works again. In the mean time, we never like to see a customer let down so as an apology hungryhouse have emailed you an offer of a discount on a replacement meal through our website.
