After ordering 2 16" pizzas, I received 2 12" ones instead, no explanation given. Delivery was prompt, but won't use again.

Pizza arrived.Both had burnt toppings(cheese was brown and hard).Bread was o vercooked,hard edges and tough,chewy due to over-cooking.I have just moved into the area and willnever use again
