I ordered a meal for two to start our evening at 1725 on Friday. They called me at 1845 to tell me that my delivery would be about 10 - 15 minutes. At 1910 I called them and cancelled the order. Terrible experience, not interested in excuses when they are 5 minutes drive from my house in good traffic and 20 minutes in the worst traffic I have experienced in my 11 years in London along that route. Do the maths. So glad I didn't pay with my card as I never do when trying a new place for the first time.

Food was delicious, everything ordered was thoroughly enjoyed. Took an hour to arrive which was the only draw back. High quality food and good value too

OK it took an hour to arrive (still before the 1.5 hts estimated) but boy wot fabulous food. Hot, tasty, fresh ingredients and large portions. Will definately order from RN again.
