The 'beef and cashew nuts' wasn't great. Aside from that can't really complain about anything else. Quick and easy way of ordering take out.

Careful if you live more than 3 miles from this place. The last 2 times I've ordered from them I've been charged an extra £1 on the doorstep for delivery - even though it's added at checkout on the website. They never used to do this. Annoying! Don't think I'll be ordering again.

This was our first meal from Royal Chef and it was delightful, the ingredients and quantities were excellent, well balanced and generous, we will be using this outlet as our No1 Chinese takeaway from now on, compliments to all concerened. Alison.

When ordered we mentioned about food that was packaged badly in a previous order and ended up on floor - to a loss of over £8 (see previous review) - they did not offer any apology or money off or replacement products!! Also the food quality has gone down hill. Fried rice used to be lovely - it's now a little tasteless. Curry sauce used to be lovely - now it's watery and bland. Soup is no longer nice.... All in all, I've gone from once weekly to never again. Very poor customer care.... You reap what you sow Royal Chef!

The spare ribs and salt and pepper chicken come in bags.... Bags which cannot hold the food! Hence both portions fell straight through onto the floor! Wasted food, wasted money (didn't have time to complain and wait for another delivery as we had guests around). If it happens again, then I won't be ordering again - so please improve packaging.
