Expensive, poor quality, took 2 hours to arrive.

My best curry I've had in Birmingham so far, by far.

Delivery very quick , food nice , no complaints

As usual fantastic food, real tasty flavours, great value for money and very quick delivery.
We have decided to give the chips a miss, very small portion, very floppy and tasteless.
but its the only thing I could say is wrong, as for everything else just perfect and would reccommend to anyone.

Food fantastic and prompt delivery.
Great quantity and quality and always the order is always correct.

When we 1st used this delivery service we thought the food had too much oil so we told them and now The staff go out of their way to please so long as you let them know what your special needs are.
They know exactly the way we like our food now and we cant find fault. Delivery always on time and food always hot. Friendly and courteous delivery staff.

Great meal. Would definitely use again

Cold starters, with very little flavour tasted identical. Accompanying sauce was effectively pure yoghurt, no hint of mint or chilli, disappointing. The lamb and spinach balti was hot but not spicy- as in it burned but had little if any flavour, and apart from the bones was impossible to differentiate from the taarka daal, which except for the excess of oil was similarly spicy in a flavourless way. Disappointing, as was the fact that it took longer than quoted to arrive, and was cold.

Admittedly it was late but the food was disappointing the tandoori chicken was dry and the veg pakora was clearly microwaved and so spicy neither of us could eat it.We won't be ordering from there again. The order also took a long time to arrive

I've eaten in at this restaurant before & enjoyed my meals, but this delivery was pretty unsatisfactory.

It took way longer to get delivered than the hungry house site said it would. When it was about 15min overdue I phoned them up. The guy I spoke to was polite & phoned back straight away to apologise & to say it was just round the corner from me. 15 min later I phoned again & he said the deliverer was outside. I went to look & he was about to drive off again. He said that he’d not been given my instructions on how to find the entrance to the block of flats & so was leaving (he had tried phoning me from the car park, but I hadn’t got to the phone on time).

So, I got my food about 1½ hrs or more after ordering it by which time it wasn’t very hot.

All in all, not a brilliant experience.

Ab Fab food and highly recommended. Always arrives hot and on time. Cannot fault it. Slightly more expensive than others in the area, but worth every penny.

Very large naan bread. Large portion of curry, which was very tasty.
