The food arrived luke warm, the quality of ingredients used were good and wasn't greasy but seriously lacked flavour. Won't be using again.

Ordered from here because of the star rating. However I did not enjoy my meal. The chicken balls were very very doughy and the chicken inside was very tough, I couldn't eat them. The chips were all crispy and my duck in plum sauce was quite tasteless, very disappointed.

It arrived after 1hr 30 mins and 2 calls to the take away place, when it did arrive the delivery boy didn’t apologise also one of the plastic containers with soup in had busted due to poor handling and we had soup all over the rest of the food.
The food was nice but the time for delivery was a joke Dean, S9

Had to wait for over an hour for it to come! It was meant to come from 8.35-9.20 and it came at 9.19 although in the time I am still not happy!

First time I have tried Thai at Ruby house and it really meet my expectations it was still hot even after a slight delay with the delivery. Will order again.

The sweet n sour chicken balls were tough and the batter wasn't cooked fully on the inside it was still very doughy, plus the chips were awful not very nice at all. I have had better meals from Ruby House in the past that were slightly better but this particular meal i did not enjoy and ended up wasting the majority of it.

i have used ruby house and never had a problem before how ever this time i was very dissappointed not only was it 1st deliverd to the wrong address the guy rang me told me and then went and collected it and then deliverd the meal to myself. my partner orderd prawns that were batterd but they had left the shells on and were un edible very very disappointed wouldnt use them again.
