Excellent as always

Excellent food, delivered on time and piping hot!! What more can you say???

When I order mango chutney and red onion I would like to receive them both and not two portions of cucumber Raita instead (especially as I don't like it). Been using the Salaam Bangla for 12 years now and this has happened a couple of times. Otherwise food is good.

I can only compliment the Salaam Bangla for the quality of their food on each occasion we use them. However, tonight the delivery was extremely disappointing. Nearly 2 hours from order to delivery. 25 minutes over the maximum expected time on top of which they'e missed 3 items! Overall tonight 5 out of 10! Quality of food was 10 out of 10 though! Just wish they could sort the delivery problems out!!

Just stunning! The meat used is unbelievably tender and not a single piece of gristle !! Stunning, simply stunning!!

They did it again no onions with the popadoms the do this on purpose to save money I would normally pick up and check the order because it was delivered I did not have time to check it spoils you meal when you don't get what you order !

Great food as always. Chicken Tikka kebab in naan bread was different this time in that the salad had been put in at the shop. This meant it was completely soggy and inedible by the time it got here. Probably won't order that again.

Disappointed! It was a Saturday and we were promised the food by 9pm (a wait of 1hr and 20) by 9.10pm still not arrived so rang the restaurant - was promised it would be with us 10 mins later at the most as they were very busy. 20 mins later it finally arrived - having read other reviews we hoped it would be worth the wait. Sadly, it wasn't. Something had leaked everywhere and the food was cold. My prawn puri tasted nice though but some of the onion bhajis were overcooked. I was worried my main would be too spicey at medium - but there was no spice at all, not even the slightest kick. The chicken was tender but the beef was a bit chewy in parts (my husbands beef dish was the same) my meatballs had a bit of spice but were a bit dry. The rice was nice. All in all a huge disappointment as I had read a number of reviews for different local takeaways and went with this one. I wont be trying it again, it really wasn't worth the 1hr and 40 min wait.

Another stunning performance from Salaam Bangla. Food was hot, tasty and quick.

the first time I have used this take away but will definatley use again the food was first class
