I was really impressed with the food and service from Sam Pan. Couldn't believe how quickly it was delivered. I'll definately be using them again.

First time to order from here, the food was of a very good standard. Unfurtunately they forgot the rice with the order, they did redeliver but we had finished the food by then. Will use again because the food was nice but will add note to make sure they deliver every part of the order.

Very tasty meal delivered very promptly and excellent value for money. I have ordered from them several times now and it is good that they have a low minimum order especially if you only want a meal for one person.

The Vegetable Yuk sung was actually very good. Everything alse we ordered was poor. The vegetable fried rice tasted boiled and bland, the singapore noodles were just chow mein noodles with curry powder and LOADS of salt - they were inedible. The duck kung pao was not good at all, and the satay sauce vegetables were bland and soggy. We threw most of the food away and unfortunately will not be using this restaurant again. However, the food was hot when it arrived, which was promptly.

The only unfortunately thing is that they don't deliver when you say they will - yesterday's order was due for delivery between 7pm and 7.10pm, and was delivered at 6.30, making it hard to arrange unless you know you're going to be in much earlier than you want food.

I have checked your order in our system, and I can confirm that your instruction not to deliver before 7pm was passed on to the restaurant. I hope you can appreciate it is rare for such an error to be made, and this restaurant are generally very reliable. Perhaps there is a new member of staff who isn't up to speed with the system yet - so we'll get in touch about this. Nonetheless, we never like to see our customers inconvenienced, so we would like to offer you £3 off a future order, just as a small gesture of apology.
