When my partner rang Sams, The manager then shouted at my partner down the phone an hung up on my partner refusing to give us a refund for the poor quality of food! Absolutely disgusting food and appalling service would not advise anyone use this takeaway.

long wait for food wasnt very hot due to length it took to deliver yummy food but will go collect next time.

The order was not correct, requested chicken and did not get and there was no sauce on the kebab!!

waited 1hr 20mins for delivery and when called was told they had only recieved the order 20mins before, waited yet another hour and called again only to be given the same excuse! after confronting them for lying we got an apology and food finally arrive 2hrs 25mins after order was accepted! food was luke warm and portion size was very disappointing for the prices! will not definately NOT use again!

Within minutes of placing order I got a call from Sams to tell me that one of the items I ordered from the menu was no longer sold! I was not over impressed....

Online menu needs to be updated to reflect what they actual sell

Unfortunately the service and the food was poor. I ordered online and then waited for someone to call which automatically delayed our order by 30 minutes. We then waited over an hour before calling to confirm when the food would be delivered. We were told the delivery guy had 3 orders and left 15 mins ago abd call back in 10 if the delivery hadn't arrived! I expressed my concern about the food being 'not fit' for consumptio after approx 30 in a car! Anyway after SEVERAL calls to Sams and another 30 mins and not being called back when promised our food was delivered 1 hour and 40 mins afer the inital call. If you add in the 30 mins previous we waited over 2 hours for our food. When the food arrived, there were no drinks, the donnar kebab was lamb shiesh, the chicken kebab with no sauce had BBQ sauce all over it and it was all stone cold! The food went straight in the bin and we had beans on toast instead.

Love burgers from this place! Hard to avoid ordeing every night :-). Do not really can comment about the rest of the food as I only orderd burgers.

Food was nice but after waiting for over an hour for delivery I called to be told they had delivered to the wrong address. They had taken my number but didn't call to let me know and said they would send the order with the next driver. After waiting another 30 mins I had to take the kids out in their pjs to collect it myself!!

Waited an hour for our food to be delivered, when it was only half the order turned up! Took another 30 mins for the whole order to come, food wasn't great either!
