Amazing duck, and it comes already cut up so you can eat immediately. They always send free prawn crackers as well.

Tasteless rice and very dry. Chicken wings were ok but not great. Wont use again

The chicken chow mein was good, although the chicken was quite chewy. The sesame prawn toast was soggy, and tasted too strongly of lemon. The prawn crackers were not very good either. However the order arrived well within the allotted time.

This is the third time I have ordered from Samuel's and unlike the other two, I can't say that this was up with the best Chinese I have ever had...the chicken noodles were really very bland and the chicken king po was strange - the battered chicken pieces tasted odd, and the majority of the dish was left...it's a shame because previous orders have certainly been a lot better than this one. But the order did arrive in good time and was hot.

this was my 1st order from here. The food was nice however the bbq ribs tasted dry and so did the chicken. otherwise it was a good meal and arrived very quick, i would order from here again

Ordered at 8.15 with a quoted delivery time of no later than 9.30pm, however 9.30 passed with no sign of my delivery. I called up and was told it should be there soon as it was out with the driver, 10-15 minutes later my food arrived, with me having to pay £1 more than the bill as apparently the delivery price quoted on here is incorrect! The spring rolls and chicken and sweetcorn soup were pretty tasteless and disappointing, however the szechuan main was lovely and in the unlikely event I am ordering from here again I would get it again.

 

Food arrived within estimated time. Good quality of food - better than other chinese takeaways I had tried in the past.

Extremely prompt delivery. Good portions and tasted amazing. Chicken was slightly chewy but it tasted so good I didn't mind too much.

Food arrived within 20 minutes of ordering - great service and food pretty good as well.

Very late delivery, driver claimed had to change flat tyre, however when I called to chase order the lady on the phone said he took 4 or 5 orders at once. Food was coldwhen arrived. Spring rolls etc soggy. Will not b ordering from here ever again

Absolutely amazing! Delicious Chicken and Cashew and Sweet and Sour Chicken!

Very dissatisfied with the quality of food, dessert was the worst I had. Never going to order anything also from Samuel's.

When you order your food you are given a time slot (standard practise) after a call to them as it was late it still took ages to come! And when it did it was awful! Sloppy, cold and funnily rather tasteless! Wouldn't bother with this one!!

Best Chinese we have had for a long time.
