everything i ordered was discusting the kebabs arrived with no salad swimming in grease,the burger as over cooked the little salad that was on it was brown and soggy absolutely unedible: ( the biggest waste of £20 ever!!!!!!! had to make kids some toast after cuz i wouldnt allow them to eat it.

It all started to go wrong with a phone call from the shop - could I go out to the driver???
Despite parking directly outside my house, he (supposedley) couldn't get me to answer (well he wouldn't unless he'd got out of the bloody car, and tried pressing my doorbell!!). OK - food delivered. Then he asked me to pay - AGAIN! I informed him that I'd paid online using my card. This happens quite often, and needs to be stopped!! With several shops, not just this one! Anyway - back to the food. I have never seen a pizza with such thin cheese/toppings as these!! The taste was fine, but, if they were any thinner, they'd be crisps!! I'm only glad I'd used the bogof option, as what I received for what I paid was crap! Quality was quite good. Service (especially delivery/driver) was crap! Value for money was fair. side orders of garlic mushrooms and onion rings were both hot and tasty, let down by the pizzas tho, cheese feast and hawaiian were both over cooked, couldn't really see any toppings as they were far to over done, so overall disappointing :-(

2nd time I ordered from here, 2nd time my order was wrong. I have food intolerances and allergies so it's important I know what's in my food and get what I ask for. Please San Marino, if you have sauce options on the order, give the customer what they order.

the donner meat was overcooked/burnt!!! the chicken in the tortilla wrap was very very fatty/gristly, infact it was inedible, i threw it away!!!!

In order to take advantage of the buy one get one free deal you need to actually choose to order that deal at the top of the Pizza section on the menu. I ordered a kebab with mint sauce and chilli sauce. It arrived promptly but on unwrapping it I found it had almost no salad in it and was smothered in chilli sauce and mayonnaise. I like chilli sauce but the kebab was literally swimming in it and I don't like mayonnaise. Tried to scrape the mayo and some of the chilli sauce off but it still tasted quite bad. I've never ordered from San Marino before so not a great first impression.
