deliver was late (even after 10.30pm) - 1h30 after ordering
2 boxes of dumplings not available (notified 35min after ordering...), so swapped with just 1 box of disgusting chicken twist presentation was so bad (stick of cucumber on rice, one sauce - for £36 meal...) rice overcooked 4 cans offered - WOW... it seems like they prepared the food in a rush so they can get rid of the order quickly maybe they thought we were partying so we wouldn't notice...but we weren't so super-disappointment! Maybe we chose a busy night but had to wait two hours for our order to arrive with much hassle ringing up to chase the order. The food was below standard when it did arrive

I had tofu noodle soup, seaweed salad and edamame beans. The beans were soggy and a bit tasteless, but the other two dishes were better, though slightly over-priced for the size of portion. The seaweed salad was very tasty though! Took about 50 minutes to deliver.

We ordered online got a call 5 minutes later saying they didn't have one of the fish we wanted. This is fair enough. We then rang 45 minutes later to chase and were told that it was on it's way, it is now 30 minutes later and it's still not here (we're 5/10 minutes down the road). Oh wait, it just arrived. We'd rather go to bed now. Annoying experience.
