I have always like sayuri for it's fast service, but today they disappointed me with poor cooking standard (the salt and pepper king prawns smelled awful) I had to bin it

My wife's food was fine and she enjoyed it but wasn't overly impressed. She had the spicy Thai rice with mixed vegetables and a Thai chilli sauce. My sweet and sour char sui pork was too sweet and I was a little disappointed in the egg fried rice - I love Chinese rice so this was quite a big deal for me. There was also a mix up with their order machine and so they didn't initially get the order from HH. HH were excellent in dealing with this but our order was still late. Sayuri are ok but we won;t be ordering from there again.

Delivery guy was very friendly, food was good. Would order from there again.

It was still hot when delivered. Food tastes nice and fresh. I would recommend to others and will buy again.

Very nice meal

Really didn't enjoy this meal. Chicken skewers were rather dry. Prawn in Sayuri fried rice was possibly off, crispy shredded beef was just mush.
Very dissapointed. It's a shame as the menu was great, loads of choice and good service.

Received our food really quickly (well within the alotted hour). Driver was polite enough and food was still nice and hot upon dishing it out. The portions were actually really big and found that we could have probably have halved our order. This did not detract from the quality and we thoroghly enjoyed our meal.

I want to say just thank you very much it was my first time with hungryhouse and sayuri restaurant and I was surprised because I'm really picky person :/ and it is hard to satisfied me with flavors and quality especial with meat and everything was really gooooooooooooooood :D thank you for that I will recommended your place for sure !!!

Delivery was very speedy but the food was disappointing. Hot and sour soup was neither hot, sour nor in fact, a soup, and the noodles were cooked within an inch of their lives. Won't be going there again, sorry.

The order was processed quickly and delivered within the time scheduled but the food was not nice. We had two main dishes for which I think they used the same watery sauce (even though they were different dishes). Plus I think they forgot to add the veggies to the sauce. It was quite salty too.

The service was pleasant but it just reminded me why I don't do takeaway food - it's a shame that takeaway = deep fried stodge but I guess that's why there's an obesity problem in the UK.

Nice food but maybe a little on the expensive side. Delivery is very anal fast which is good!
