Absolutely delicious!!! The delivery man could have been a little more cheerful though. The spanish omlette was devine!! It tasted like I was back in Spain.

The omelette was nice, but a bit too well done. It could have been better.
The roasted chicken dish was very dry and the garlic stuffing was nonexistant. Ian, KT6

Burger was terribly undercooked, had to leave half of it, a very unsatisfying meal.

Truly shocking! When a company markets themselves as supplied 'home cooked food' I don't expect to receive cheap ready meals (still in the microwave containers).

Response from restaurant: The customer ordered Confit duck with a duck jus, slow cooked potatoes and garlic bread. All dishes are cooked to order. We use environmentally friendly packaging as much as possible. For this reason organic slow cooked potatoes are delivered in a biobox and the duck confit in a sealed tray (because it contains a sauce that without a sealed lid would spill on the motorbike ride from the kitchen to the customer). The trays we use for spillable dishes are similar to the containers found in shops that sell ready meals. This is because these are the only containers that ensure that no spillage occurs. The difference with us is that we cook the food first and put into the trays hot and then seal the trays with a plastic lid. The other job these trays have to do is to be able to withstand hot food. All delivery companies use trays like this or a similar product. It is upsetting for us that customers whom are used to eating with their eyes can’t see past the packaging to taste the quality of the food. This is a constant battle in the food delivery business (restaurants often spend more time on plating up skills than they do on the quality of the cooking – something impossible to do in the delivery business).

the food was good, but for the price is wasn't worth while at all, you were paying resturant prices for takeaway quality.

I ordered at 6:30pm The meal was supposed to arrive between 7-7.20pm but turned up around 7:35, when i phoned them the staff seemed pretty careless about it.
£12 altogether i paid for some falefal and mushroom pasta dish which was edible, but i could have done miles better with half an hour in my own kitchen. I won't be using scoff again... i feel a bit conned Andrew, KT3

Food was quite nice, but was lukewarm by the time it arrived.
