I've previously had pretty good curries from Shahee Mahal. However, not this time. My garlic chilli chicken just tasted of raw ginger and the onion bhajees were greasy and stodgy.
I'm afraid, given the competition, I won't be going back. William, KT10

The food was good and tasty, but was let down by the fact that there was no naan bread with the thali as mentioned in the menu. Without the naan bread, there was only little rice for all the dishes and hence could not complete the meal. Very sad as the food was cooked perfectly the way we like it. Attention to detail would win them more customers.

The lamb tikka portion was tiny.
The Pilau rice was Plain rice. Ordered 2 Naan got 1. This restaurant used to be good, not any more. J, KT7

The food is always really good, whether eaten in the restaurant or a takeaway. Thoroughly recommend, shahee mahal has taken over as my favourite in the area. Keep up the good work

The meal was for two and i would say it was average, the karma could have had more chiken and a stornger more interesting taste. Theseekh kebab was cold and the egg fried rice was cold and dry. However the naan bread and mixed platter were enjoyable,and there was a complimentary salad and sauce
overall i would say it was 6/7 out of 10 Connor, KT8
