They forgot to deliver the chips but still charged us for them. When I realised they had already gone and I couldn't be bothered to ring and complain.

The food was fine, delivered fairly quickly, nice and hot - sadly though they forgot my starter but brought it round pretty quickly once I realised!

The food was excellent, only quibble was that it was not as hot as I would have liked but then I live 2 miles away and only takes a minute in the microwave to warm it up. Just over £20 for two delicious meals and we were stuffed afterwards.
