I placed an order last night friday and was told it would arrive no later than 01.30am...however i am still waiting for it to arrive now satyrday evening at 22.48pm what happened to my food????
I gave you a very good review last time i had food from here,my comment is the best you have.....i am very dissapointed as i was very hungry and waited at least another hour incase it was just a bit late....but to still be sat waiting the next day i beyond a joke i will not recommend this takeaway to anyone now and certainley will not be using your takeaway either... Everything was alright. Ribs weren't worth getting as they were very tough - £4 wasted. Hot and sour soup was nice.

this wouldve been excellent all round,but recieved a text saying order would be 20 mins,it was 55 mins... even if another text followed saying running late it wouldnt have mattered. v tasty though

After getting our order wrong shanghai told us they would correct the order and bring our missing items later however this never happened. After then calling shanghai back they told us that they had been back to us and had called us to tell us that our missing items were here yet we never received a phone call or the food we were missing.

Was very disappointed that both meals were dry and had little flavour to them, especially after receiving menu through the door and them looking like one of the better chinese takeaways.

Without doubt the worst take away experience I have had. I now use the Hungry house regularly and find them very very good however with restaurant like this it must damage the hungry house image. Ordered at 7.17 pm it eventually arrived at 8 53 pm !!!! I think it came via Shanghai it was both cold and very poor in terms of taste plus the order was wrong I got special fried rice instead of Singapore Fried Rice what can I say other than never never again I tried to send it back as I had contacted Hungry house but it was all lost on he delivery guy who was more concerned at doubting I had paid for it not sure technology has reached them parts.. maybe it came by rickshaw which jut might explain the almost two hour wait for a 4 mile trip!!!! truly woeful !!!!!

Having ordered from shangai before and loved the food and service I was really disapointed when the recent order took over and hour to arrive and was cold and not very nice. Really disapointed.
