Ordered takeaway from Shelina - Did not receive acknowledgement of order so phoned Sheloina after 30 minutes - they said they had not received order - Gave them order again at 7.30 - they said they would deliver just after 8 - at 8.25 no order - phoned - they said they would phone back in 5 mins - I asked if order was on the way - they said they did not know as they weren't in shop! My partner phoned back a few mins later and said if the order was not here by 8.45 then to forget it - this was 1hour 45 mins after initial order - it did not come so we went to local restaurant instead - DO NOT RELY ON A PROMPT DELIVERY FROM SHELINAS - we will not order form them again

This was the first time I had used this restaurant. The food was excellent and arrived promptly, and piping hot. I was also impressed with the delivery driver who was well presented and very courteous. Full marks!
